This elegant cutting board is made of 5/8” thick Walnut, Maple and Bloodwood Hardwoods. It is treated with my own food safe finish (Retz Board Butter) which is made from food safe mineral oil and bees wax. This item is NOT dishwasher safe and is NOT submersible in water.
